Motor Vehicle Lease. The Purchaser shall use its best commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with Seller in obtaining a consent to the assignment of the Motor Vehicle Lease between the Seller and New Concepts Leasing, Inc. dated March 11, 1992, or to enter into a new Motor Vehicle Lease with New Concepts Leasing, Inc. on substantially the same terms contained in the existing lease on the Closing Date or as soon as is practicable thereafter.
