Equipment, Facilities and Services. The Host shall provide to ISPRS the equipment, facilities and services referred to in Appendix A of this Contract, which forms part of this Contract. Appendix B, which forms part of this Contract, contains the detailed information related to the material that shall be published by The Host, as well as the terms and conditions that such publishing shall comply with. The Host shall have complete financial responsibility for all aspects of the Congress organization. ISPRS will not provide any funds for this purpose. However, loan funding will be available upon request from ISPRS to assist with initial startup costs. The terms of this non-interest loan are to be appended and form part of this Contract. The amount available shall not exceed 100,000 SFr and shall be paid back in full to ISPRS no later than three months prior to the Congress. The Host shall be required to attract funds from sponsoring organizations to support the attendance at the Congress of participants from developing countries to the total value of #VALUE# SFr. The Host shall provide funds for the Young Author Awards presented at the Congress. The following registration fees shall apply to the ISPRS Congress: #INSERT TABLE SHOWING RATES, INC. STANDARD, STUDENT/SENIOR, ACCOMPANYING PERSONS AND DAY REGISTRATION BY DIFFERENT DATES. Note that fees for students should be set at a level which will enable a good attendance by students and should be no more than 50% in general of the early registration fee# Registration fee for standard, student/senior and day registration includes: Entry to all sessions; Attendance at Welcome Reception; Attendance at Exhibitors Reception; Copy of Final Programme; Entry to the Exhibition; Morning and Afternoon Tea/Coffee. Registration fee for accompanying persons includes: Entry to Opening and Closing Session; Attendance at Welcome Reception; Attendance at Exhibitors Reception; Morning and Afternoon Tea/Coffee. Participants registering as students must be enrolled in a full-time programme in a field related to the interests of ISPRS; upon registration, they must provide evidence of their status. As of starting date of the Congress seniors must be age 65 or older and provide evidence of their status. Equipment, Facilities and Services. Purchaser and Contractor shall participate in a Technical Interchange Meeting (XXX) at a mutually agreed to date during Post-CDR to review and agree upon the availability and adequacy of equipment, facilities and services listed below. a. Contractor shall be allowed access to Purchaser-owned Earth station sites or facilities that are within the proper look angle of the Satellite at its on-station orbital location. Such access shall include RF communications equipment, TT&C facilities and equipment, standard communications test equipment and support services and shall be limited to those items already in place, functioning and available at Purchaser’s facilities. Contractor shall be responsible for any additional required items to support Launch, IOT, and/or on-orbit operation of the Satellite. b. Purchaser shall provide, operate, and maintain all payload-test Earth stations required for IOT. These Earth stations shall be capable of performing IOT and shall consist of antennas and RF equipment, high power amplifiers, low noise amplifiers, etc., with interfaces to Contractor-provided In-Orbit Test Equipment (IOTE). At each Earth station, Purchaser shall provide space and interface support for temporary installation of Contractor-provided IOTE. One Earth station shall be designated as the IOT Coordination Center. c. Contractor shall be allowed access to and use of Purchaser’s test and support technicians during on-site installation, integration and test activities. d. At or in close proximity to the Earth stations or facilities, Purchaser shall provide space and interface support. Purchaser shall provide reasonable office space, conference room, and administrative areas for Contractor personnel during temporary installation of Contractor-provided IOTE and during orbit raising and IOT. These locations shall be equipped with telephones, fax, and copier. e. Purchaser shall provide appropriate personnel to participate in two (2) technical reviews at Contractor’s facility, before Launch, for compatibility testing and for one (1) mission rehearsal. f. Purchaser shall provide remote ranging site, including antenna, RF, and frequency translation equipment to support turn-around ranging. g. Purchaser shall provide the following personnel to support IOT:
Equipment, Facilities and Services. THE AUTHORITY will provide administrative, maintenance and vehicle storage facilities as well as all equipment, supplies and vehicles as may be reasonably necessary for the operation of the Transit System. PTM will be responsible for all maintenance necessary to keep all of THE AUTHORITY facilities, equipment and vehicles in good working order, the cost of which shall be an operating expense of the Transit System to be paid by THE AUTHORITY, and shall remain the property of THE AUTHORITY. All property of any type either real, personal, or mixed hereinafter acquired and reasonably necessary for performance of the Transit System operations shall be acquired at THE AUTHORITY's expense and shall become the property of THE AUTHORITY. PTM is also required to manage HVAC, grounds, carpentry, structural, electrical, mechanical (Plumbing), emergency repairs, vendor relations and management of maintenance personnel, the cost of which shall also be an operating expense of PTM to be paid by THE AUTHORITY. THE AUTHORITY agrees to pay any other reasonable operating expenses incurred by PTM in the management or operation of the Transit System.

  • Facilities and Services The Company shall furnish the Executive with office space, secretarial and support staff, and such other facilities and services as shall be reasonably necessary for the performance of his duties under this Agreement.

  • Services and Facilities The Procuring Entity shall make available to the Service Provider the Services and Facilities listed under Appendix F.

  • Utilities and Services Tenant shall pay all charges for water, gas, ---------------------- electricity, telephone, central station monitor, refuse pickup, janitorial services, and all other utilities and services supplied or furnished to the Premises during the term of this Lease, together with any taxes thereon. Said utilities may be supplied to Tenant in common with any other tenant(s) in the Building, or at Landlord's or Tenant's option, be separately metered at Tenant's expense. If separately metered, or if the Premises consist of the entire building Tenant shall pay all such charges directly to the charging authority when due. If not separately metered, Tenant shall pay its allocable portion based upon the ratio between the Premises Gross Leasable Area and the total gross leasable square feet of space served by the common utility. However, if Landlord determines that Tenant is using a disproportionate amount of any utility service not separately metered, then Landlord may either install a separate meter to measure the utility service, at Tenant's cost, or charge Tenant a sum equal to Landlord's reasonable estimate of the cost of Tenant's excess use of such utility service. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord on a monthly basis for landlord's cost in furnishing utilities and services to the Premises within ten (10) days after Tenant receives an invoice from Landlord and in no event shall Landlord be liable to Tenant for any such failure or interruption unless caused by the misconduct of Landlord. No failure or interruption of any such utilities or services shall entitle Tenant to terminate this Lease or to withhold rent or other sums due hereunder and unless otherwise specifically provided herein. Landlord shall not be responsible for providing security guards or other security protection for all or any portion of the Premises or the Property, and Tenant shall at its own expense provide or obtain such security services as Tenant shall desire to ensure the safety of the Premises and the Property.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, long-distance telephone or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities.

  • Use of Facilities and Services Subject to the rules of the University and the terms of this Agreement, the UFF shall have the right to use University facilities for meetings and all other services on the same basis as they are generally available to other university-related organizations which are defined as follows: University-Related Groups and Organizations. These groups and organizations may or may not receive budgetary support. Examples of such groups include student organizations, honor societies, fraternities, sororities, alumni associations, faculty committees, University Support Personnel Systems council, direct support organizations, the United Faculty of Florida, etc.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to ICG.

  • Trading Facilities Most open-outcry and electronic trading facilities are supported by computer-based component systems for the order-routing, execution, matching, registration or clearing of trades. As with all facilities and systems, they are vulnerable to temporary disruption or failure. Your ability to recover certain losses may be subject to limits on liability imposed by the system provider, the market, the clearing house and/or member firms. Such limits may vary; you should ask the firm with which you deal for details in this respect.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance.
