MOTORCYCLE ALLOWANCE. 22.1 Each member covered by this Agreement who is required to operate a motorcycle shall receive an allowance of thirty-one and three tenths (31.3) cents per hour in addition to their regular salary during such time assigned to motorcycle duty. Payment for such motorcycle allowance shall be on a bi-weekly basis.
