MOTORCYCLE ALLOWANCE. 17.01 Employees operating motorcycles shall receive an allowance of two dollars ($2.00) per day or any part thereof on which they operate a motorcycle. 17.02 Payment for motorcycle allowance will be made upon the motorcycle employee completing the necessary forms, covering a three (3) month period ending March 31st, June 30th, September 30th and December 31st.
