Motorola Responsibilities. 2.2.1.1 Perform appropriate system backups. 2.2.1.2 Work with the Customer to validate that all system maintenance is current. 2.2.1.3 Work with the Customer to validate that all available security patches and antivirus updates have been updated on the customer’s system. 2.2.1.3.1 Motorola reserves the right to charge the Customer for the security patches, antivirus updates and the labor necessary to address any security updates backlog accumulation, in the event that these are not completed by the Customer at the System Readiness Checkpoint.
