Common use of MOU DISPUTES Clause in Contracts

MOU DISPUTES. An employee or Association claim of an alleged violation of a specific section of the MOU may be submitted to binding arbitration. Such request for binding arbitration shall come only from the Association Board of Directors. An individual member may not file for arbitration on a dispute of the MOU.
