Movement Between Agencies. When an employee who was employed by one Employer and is subsequently employed by another Employer as a result of a merger, the employee will be credited with seniority in accordance with the following: (1) Where the two Employers have a similar method of calculating seniority each employee moving from one agency to another will be credited with their seniority. (2) Where the Employers have a different method of calculating seniority, the employee will have their seniority calculated by their current Employer using the methodology of the new Employer.
