Moves, Adds and Changes. 8.1. Subject to any specific procedures otherwise set out in the Agreement, the Customer may request a change to the Services by submitting a request in writing, including, but not limited to the following types of changes: Full Terms and Conditions (a) additional instances of a Service (e.g. additional land- lines); (b) the termination of certain instances of a Service (e.g. disconnection of a mobile); (c) a change from one Service specification to another Service specification; or (d) a change to the location or site where a Service is sup- plied. The change request shall contain sufficient information to en- able Company to submit a response. 8.2. Company shall supply to the Customer a written response con- firming whether or not Company would be prepared to accept the changes and may specify in such notice: 8.3. any additional Charges that would result from the change (e.g. Termination Fees in the case of termination of an instance of a Service) and/or any changes to existing Charges; (a) any Customer dependencies relating to the change; and (b) the timescales for the delivery of the change which shall, unless otherwise stated in Company’s written response run from the date on which the Customer notifies Com- pany that it wishes to proceed with the change. 8.4. The Customer shall notify Company in writing within 14 days of the date that it receives Company’s response whether or not it would like to proceed with the change.
