Common use of Moving/Relocation Clause in Contracts

Moving/Relocation. a. Employees transferred at the request of the Employer shall be reimbursed for the costs of moving their place of residence to the new teaching area, provided that the new teaching area is in a different community. b. Such costs will include moving personal and household effects and travel for the Employee and his/her immediate family.
