MPS Contract Compliance. MPS retains the right to conduct a review of a Contractor’s drug and alcohol testing policies and procedures at any time. Failure to maintain a drug and alcohol testing program in accordance DOT regulations and procedures will result in the immediate cancellation of all or part of any contract between the Contractor and MPS.
