Common use of MSW Minimum Quantity Clause in Contracts

MSW Minimum Quantity. 17.3.1 The Concessionaire will need to inform the ULB, through a written notice, when the 15days moving average of MSW quantity received is less than the Minimum Assured Quantity. In case such notice is not sent to the ULB, the Concessionaire will be obligated to continue accepting and processing MSW even if the 15days moving average of MSW received is lower than the Minimum Assured Quantity. In case such a notice is sent to the ULB, the Concessionaire shall compute the compensation as follows:
