MINIMUM SHIFT. Employees who report for work for which they are scheduled in accordance with Article 15.01 shall be granted at least 4 hours of work or, if no work is available shall be paid for all hours worked for a minimum of 4 hours at their regular hourly rate.
MINIMUM SHIFT. 31.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than eight (8) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the greater of: (a) the number of hours worked or (b) three (3) hours of work at their appropriate hourly rate of pay. The foregoing shall not apply if the employee is not scheduled to work on a particular day.
MINIMUM SHIFT. 14.01 Full-time employees shall be scheduled in accordance with Article 8 of this Agreement. A full-time employee shall not have their scheduled work day shortened, and shall not suffer any loss of pay on such day by reason of no work or insufficient work being available.
14.02 Part-time employees, when called in and who report for work and no work is available, shall be paid for four (4) hours at their regular hourly rate of pay. No part-time employees attending school (the word “school” shall not include night school) shall be called in or paid for less than three (3) hours per day during a school day, and four (4) hours per day during a non-school day, or during summer school recess.
MINIMUM SHIFT. 20.01 Unless an employee has been notified beforehand not to report for work, employees reporting for work at their scheduled starting time shall be provided with the opportunity to earn a minimum of four (4) hours' pay or be paid for four (4) hours at their regular rate of pay. This Article shall not apply to drivers.
MINIMUM SHIFT. 11.01 Whenever possible no full-time employee shall be scheduled to work for less than eight (8) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for at least five (5) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.
11.02 No part-time employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three
MINIMUM SHIFT. (a) Regular working hours will be scheduled by classification within a department based on seniority and qualifications. The Employer agrees to first give preference to full time employees by scheduling them up to eight (8) hours in a day and up to forty (40) hours in a week, in order of seniority. The Employer will then schedule part time employees for the remaining hours available, in order of seniority. The Employer shall give preference to senior part time employees who do not restrict their availability. The words "in order of seniority" indicated above shall mean seniority in the classification within the department.
MINIMUM SHIFT. 10.01 No employee shall be scheduled to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours at their appropriate hourly rate of pay.
10.02 No employee shall be called in on a scheduled day off to work for less than three (3) hours in any one (1) shift. If no work or insufficient work is available, said employee shall nevertheless be paid for the full three (3) hours.
10.03 Any employee called in to work for the purposes of training outside of regularly scheduled hours shall be paid at straight time for all time spent in the hotel or three (3) hours at the appropriate rate of pay, whichever is greater.
MINIMUM SHIFT. An employee called in to work, or scheduled to work, will be paid for actual hours worked, with a minimum in accordance with the provisions of article 10.02 (a).
MINIMUM SHIFT. Bus drivers and monitors will be compensated for a minimum shift of two hours when working on a district non-student contact day. For example, if the transportation department is providing transportation services to students in programs other than those of the Xxxxxxx School District and the route requires less than two hours - the driver or monitor will be assigned and compensated for no less than two hours of work.
MINIMUM SHIFT. Employees who are scheduled and report for work but are released due to lack of work within four (4) hours shall be paid for a minimum of four (4) hours.
