Common use of MTTR Commitment Clause in Contracts

MTTR Commitment. Rogers will provide the Customer with a Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) performance credit when the network access that connects a Customer Site to the IP network is Out of Service. Network access encompasses all elements from, and including, the PE router to the designated Rogers or third party demarc on the Customer Site. Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) is not considered as part of the network access. MTTR commitments are based on the location of and the access type deployed on the Customer’s Site.
