MULTI-EMPLOYER, MULTI-UNION UNIT. The parties agree to become a part of the multi-employer, multi-union bargaining unit established by this National Master Freight Agreement, and to be bound by the interpretations and enforcement of this National Master Freight Agreement and Supplements thereto.
MULTI-EMPLOYER, MULTI-UNION UNIT. Attached to this Agreement as Appendix A is a list of the Employ- ers that are members of the National Automobile Transporters La- bor Division and, prior to the negotiation of this Agreement, autho- rized the Association to negotiate and sign this 2015-2021 collective bargaining agreement covering all of their terminals and opera- tions. These Employers participate in the multi-employer, multi- union bargaining unit established by this National Master Agree- ment and the Supplements thereto. The parties further agree to participate in joint negotiations of any modification or renewal of this National Master Agreement and Supplements thereto, and to remain a part of the multi-employer, multi-union bargaining unit set forth in such renewed Agreement and Supplements.
