Casual Rates. (a) City and Combination Casuals Hourly rates for city and combination casuals (CDL required) shall increase by 8580% of the general wage increase for regular employees on the dates shown in Section 1 of this Article.

Casual Rates. For each ordinary hour worked, a casual employee shall be paid the hourly equivalent of the appropriate weekly wage prescribed by this Agreement for the work performed, plus an additional 20 percent of that hourly rate. Such loading is in lieu of public holidays not worked, sick leave, jury service and bereavement leave, prescribed for any other employees under this Agreement. The NSW Annual Holidays Act 1944 provides that a casual employee under this Agreement is entitled to receive an additional 1/12th of the ordinary casual hourly wage rate in lieu of annual leave.

Casual RatesCasual rates of pay are determined in accordance with clause 11.6 of this Agreement.
Casual Rates. 9.1 The casual hourly rate will be calculated on the basis of the market rate for the role plus the relevant casual loading of 25% for Level 1 and 2 employees and 27.5% for all other Levels. 9.2 The People Leader will determine the appropriate casual rate within the market pay range based on the employee’s relevant skills and experience. 9.3 Prior to 1 January 2015, any reference to ‘Level’ in clause 9 must be read as a reference to ‘Group’.
