Multi-Forum. The Union acknowledges on behalf of itself and the employees that it represents that the Grievance and Arbitration Procedure as provided herein is intended to be the exclusive vehicle for the resolution of disputes concerning the application and interpretation of this Agreement. In consideration of the right to arbitration, it is agreed that the right to have any claim arising under this Agreement reviewed in any other forum is waived. This section is not intended to infringe upon any individual’s right under state or federal law.
