Common use of Multi-Project Operating Costs Clause in Contracts

Multi-Project Operating Costs. The Building is a part of a larger project or development, and as such, Landlord shall have the right (but not the obligation) to allocate to the Building an appropriate portion of those Operating Costs which are incurred with respect to the project as a whole. By way of example, landscaping costs for a multi-building project shall be allocated on an appropriate basis between all tenantable buildings in the project.
