MultiFrequency Signaling. In the case where CCS is not available, in band Multi- Frequency (MF), wink start, and E & M channel associated signaling with ANI will be provided by the Parties. Network signaling information, such as CIC/OZZ, will be provided wherever such information is needed for call routing or billing.
