Common use of MULTIPLE AWARD Clause in Contracts

MULTIPLE AWARD. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards based on the results of this bid. The County shall award a primary contract to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder. Contractor agrees to provide job estimates based on bid rates within twenty-four (24) hours of request. The County shall give the primary Contractor first opportunity to perform all available work. If the County, at its sole discretion, determines the primary Contractor cannot respond in time, an alternate Contractor may be contacted to perform the required work.
