Common use of MULTIPLE AWARD Clause in Contracts

MULTIPLE AWARD. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards based on the results of this bid. Multiple Contractors may be requested to work concurrently to ensure that the availability and continuation of services is maintained throughout the contract term. In the event the county awards multiple lots to a single contractor, contracts may be consolidated for administrative efficiency.
