Multiple Grievances. The Parties may, by mutual agreement, refer a group of grievances, related or unrelated, to be heard pursuant to this Clause 8.06 by a single arbitrator.
Multiple Grievances. Multiple grievances may be presented at an arbitration hearing by mutual agreement of the parties.
Multiple Grievances. No more than one grievance shall be placed before an arbitrator at any one hearing and in no instance shall there be multiple (2 or more) grievances heard by any arbitrator unless it is mutually agreed to waive this provision.

Multiple Grievances. Multiple grievances over the same issue may be initiated as either a group grievance or as separate grievances at any time during the time limits of Step 1. Grievances may be combined and decided as a single grievance at the later steps of the grievance. When identical grievances are combined, the Departments‘s decision is binding in all cases.
Multiple Grievances. If two or more unit Employees have substantially identical grievances and wish to pursue them through the grievance procedure, the Union may select one Employee’s grievance for processing. The outcome of that grievance will be binding on all Employees concerned. The Union will inform the Agency in writing when the provisions of this Section are to be utilized, and will include the names of all grievants as well as the name of the Employee whose grievance will be pursued.
Multiple Grievances. Grievances may be submitted at Step 2 when a grievance directly affects employees in more than one location. In processing such grievances, all specified time limits shall be observed.
