Multiple Shifts Differential. When two (2) shifts are required and continued for three (3) consecutive days or more, eight (8) hours of work shall constitute the second shift for which nine (9) hours shall be paid. When three (3) shifts are required and continued for three (3) consecutive days or more, seven and one-half (7½) hours of work shall constitute the second shift for which eight and one-half (8½) hours shall be paid. Seven (7) hours of work shall constitute the third shift for which eight and one-half (8½) hours shall be paid.
Multiple Shifts Differential. Where additional shifts are not continued for five (5) consecutive days or more, or for the duration of the project, such additional shifts will be considered overtime and paid for at two (2) times the rate of pay. Where less than five (5) days are required for tide work the minimum number of days shall be three (3). When two (2) shifts are required and continued, eight (8) hours of work shall constitute the second shift for which nine (9) hours shall be paid. When three (3) shifts are required and continued for five (5) consecutive days or more, or for the duration of the project, eight (8) hours of work shall constitute the second shift for which nine (9) hours shall be paid. Eight (8) hours of work shall constitute the third shift for which nine and one-half (9½) hours shall be paid.
