Municipal Approval Sample Clauses

Municipal Approval. Both parties acknowledge that Landlord is a municipality (“municipal corporation”) under the Connecticut General Statutes. This Lease shall be subject to any municipal approvals required by law. The parties represent that they shall reasonably cooperate in any such process and shall negotiate the manner of presentation to any municipal board or commission having review. In order for this Lease to be valid, review and approval by the following shall be required: Bethlehem Planning Commission, Bethlehem Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission, Bethlehem Board of Finance, Bethlehem Board of Selectmen, and a Bethlehem Town Meeting.

Municipal Approval. Notwithstanding the rights reserved by the Developer in this Article 10, the exercise of these rights by Developer regarding the consolidation, contraction or conversion of the Project may necessitate an amendment to the approved site plan as well as revisions to Exhibit B of this Master Deed, both of which shall be subject to review and the approval of the Municipality.
Municipal Approval. Seller shall adopt an ordinance pursuant to N J S.A. 40:62-5 to permit the placing of a question on the ballot for public referendum for voter approval of the sale of the Systems. Upon approval of the referendum by the voters of the Borough and approval by the governing body, Seller shall adopt the Municipal Consent, pursuant to N J S.A. 40: 19-20, in substantially the same form as set forth in Appendix D annexed hereto.
