Common use of Municipal Facilities Clause in Contracts

Municipal Facilities. “Municipal Facilities” means Village-owned Streetlight Poles, Decorative Streetlight Poles, lighting fixtures, electroliers, or other Village-owned structures located within the Public Way and may refer to such facilities in the singular or plural, as appropriate to the context in which used.

Municipal Facilities. “Municipal Facilities” means VillageCity-owned structures located within the Public Way, including utility poles, Streetlight Poles, Decorative Streetlight Poles, lighting fixtures, electrolierselectrifiers, Traffic Signal Poles, catenary poles, sign posts, or other VillageCity-owned structures located within the Public Way infrastructure and may refer to such facilities in the singular or plural, as appropriate to the context in which used.

Municipal Facilities. “Municipal Facilities” means VillageCity-owned electric utility poles, Streetlight Poles, Decorative Streetlight Poles, lighting fixtures, electroliers, Traffic Signal Poles, catenary poles, sign posts, or other VillageCity-owned structures located within the Public Way and may refer to such facilities in the singular or plural, as appropriate to the context in which used.

Municipal Facilities. “Municipal Facilities” means VillageLocal Government-owned Streetlight Poleselectric utility poles, Decorative Streetlight Poles, lighting fixtures, electroliersTraffic Signal Poles, or other VillageLocal Government-owned structures located within the Public Way and may refer to such facilities in the singular or plural, as appropriate to the context in which used. Any Municipal Facility not enumerated above is subject to the approval of Local Government for any attachment thereto.

Municipal Facilities does not include traffic signal poles or school zone flashers, or any related appurtenances.
