Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The parties agree, notwithstanding the provisions of The Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, that, for the purpose of the grievance procedure described in this Agreement, a party may provide to the other party only such personal information as may be necessary for the conduct of the grievance procedure.
