MUNICIPAL RAILWAY PASSES. 512. The City agrees to attempt to obtain Municipal Railway passes from the Municipal Transportation Agency to be supplied to department heads. Department heads who have employees who are required to move from one City location to another during normal working hours shall be entitled to obtain sufficient Municipal Railway passes to distribute to employees as needed. It is understood that these passes are to be used by employees only during normal working hours and while on City business.
