Mutual Agreement Mediation. a. Within five (5) days after receiving notice of an administrative transfer, a unit member or the Union may request in writing a 30-day mediation period prior to the transfer taking effect. Mediation will occur only upon the mutual agreement of the parties, except as provided in section 2.1.2
