Mutual change. (a) Subject to clause 11.1, this agreement may only be changed by further agreement in writing between the us and you and be accepted by either by signature of both parties, or a written notice of offer and a written notice of acceptance.

Mutual change. There shall be no further negotiations during the term of this Agreement, except for a successor Agreement or by mutual agreement, as all matters not contained herein have been resolved through compromise. During the term of this Agreement, the Agreement may be altered, added to or deleted only through voluntary mutual consent of the parties. Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.

STATE, in seeking said reimbursement pursuant to such request of LOCAL AGENCY, shall represent LOCAL AGENCY by following the procedures set forth in H&SC Section 13052. Any recovery of LOCAL AGENCY costs, less expenses, shall be paid or credited to LOCAL AGENCY, as directed by LOCAL AGENCY. In all such instances, STATE shall give timely notice of the possible application of H&SC Sections 13051 and 13054 to the officer designated by LOCAL AGENCY.

  • Mutual Cooperation In any contest of a tax or fee by one Party, the other Party shall cooperate fully by providing records, testimony and such additional information or assistance as may reasonably be necessary to pursue the contest. Further, the other Party shall be reimbursed for any reasonable and necessary out- of-pocket copying and travel expenses incurred in assisting in such contest.
