Mutual Commitments. Both parties agree to proactive and timely communications, cooperation and information on service delivery; • Both parties agree to consult and to keep each other fully appraised on all matters of mutual relevance, particularly in the context of the ISI’s function to contribute to the development of policy in the area of personal insolvency; • Both parties support the effective achievement of agreed targets, as well as the promotion of partnership, responsiveness and mutual co-operation in their ongoing interactions. The annual budgetary provision for the ISI will form part of the estimates for the Justice Vote and the requirements of the ISI will be considered in that context. The ISI will identify, based on its business plans, its budgetary requirements to the Department as part of the budget process. When the budget is settled, consideration may have to be given to the preparation and submission of a revised Business Plan.
