Funding of Initial Costs. Any Members that have funded activities necessary to implement the Corporation may request that the Board consider reimbursing said Members for said costs over a reasonable time period and shall provide such documentation of costs paid as the Board may request.
Funding of Initial Costs. The County shall fund the Initial Costs of establishing and implementing the CCA Program. In the event that the CCA Program becomes operational, these Initial Costs paid by the County shall be included in the customer charges for electric services to the extent permitted by law, and the County shall be reimbursed from the payment of such charges by customers of the Authority. The Authority may establish a reasonable time period over which such costs are recovered. In the event that the CCA Program does not become operational, the County shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the Initial Costs.
Funding of Initial Costs. The Initial Participants shall fund the Initial Costs of the Authority in establishing the Authority and implementing the CCA Program as described in Exhibit E to this Agreement. The Initial Participants shall remit to the Authority their respective shares of Phase 2 and 3 Initial Costs as described in Exhibit E within 30 days after the Effective Date. In the event that the CCA Program becomes operational, these Initial Costs paid by the Initial Participants shall be included in the customer charges for electric services as provided by Section 6.3.3 to the extent permitted by law, and the Initial Participants shall be reimbursed by the Authority within four years of the Effective Date. The Authority may establish a reasonable time period over which such costs are recovered. In

If the CCA Program becomes operational, these Initial Costs paid by the County of San Mateo shall be included in the customer charges for electric services as provided by Section 5.3.3 to the extent permitted by law, and the County of San Mateo shall be reimbursed from the payment of such charges by customers of the Authority. Prior to such reimbursement, the County of San Mateo shall provide such documentation of costs paid as the Board may request. The Authority may establish a reasonable time period over which such costs are recovered. In the event that the CCA Program does not become operational, the County of San Mateo shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the Initial Costs it has paid from the Authority or any Party.

If the CCA Program becomes operational, these Initial Costs paid by the County of Santa Xxxx shall be included in the customer charges for electric services as provided by Section 5.3.3 to the extent permitted by law, and the County of Santa Xxxx shall be reimbursed from the payment of such charges by customers of the Authority. Prior to such reimbursement, the County of Santa Xxxx shall provide such documentation of costs paid as the Board may request. The Authority may establish a reasonable time-period over which such costs are recovered. In the event, that the CCA Program does not become operational, the County of Santa Xxxx shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the Initial Costs it has paid from the Authority or any Party.
Funding of Initial Costs. Subject to the approval of the Board of Supervisors, the County of Los Angeles has agreed to provide up to $10 million for funding Initial Costs in establishing the Authority and implementing the CCA Program. In the event that the CCA Program becomes operational, the County of Los Angeles shall be reimbursed for the Initial Costs. The County and the Authority will execute an agreement specifying the terms and conditions of the Initial Costs provided by the County, including but not limited to: (a) Repayment of this amount, which shall be first priority in relation to all other indebtedness of the Authority; and (b) authorization for the County Auditor-Controller to conduct an audit of the Authority's books and records (including personnel records, as necessary) and/or investigation, following reasonable advance notice from the County, to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. The Authority may establish a reasonable time period over which such costs are recovered. In the event that the CCA Program does not become operational, the County shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the Initial Costs they have paid from the Authority or any other Party.
Funding of Initial Costs. The Parties acknowledge that implementing the CCA Program will require some form of funding either provided by all or some of the Parties or attained in some other manner. If the CCA Program becomes operational, these Initial Costs paid by such Parties or attained from other sources shall be included in the customer charges for electric services as provided by Section 5.3.3 to the extent permitted by law, and respective Parties or other sources shall be reimbursed from the payment of such charges by customers of DCE. CVAG shall also be entitled to reimbursement for Initial Costs. DCE may establish a reasonable time period over which such costs are recovered and repaid to respective Parties or other sources. In the event that the CCA Program does not become operational, respective Parties shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the funded Initial Costs from DCE or any Party. If any of the initial member agencies or other sources assists in funding initial costs, they shall also be entitled to reimbursement pursuant to this section. The Board shall approve the manner of funding and repayment of initial CCA program costs which may include reasonable interest charges.
Funding of Initial Costs. (a) The City of San Diego shall fund the Initial Costs of establishing the Authority and implementing its CCA Program. In the event that the CCA Program becomes operational, the City of San Diego will be reimbursed for its Initial Costs on the terms set forth in this Section. The City shall first submit to the Founding Members a description of the types of costs, cost estimates, and interest for which it expects reimbursement. Reimbursable costs shall include, but not limited to, repayment of hard costs associated with CCA vendor contracts and Authority formation, reimbursement for the portion of staff costs associated with managing Authority and program formation and other out-of-pocket expenses directly attributable to the implementation of CCA through the Authority. The City will meet and confer with Founding Members in the development of its proposal for reimbursement to the Authority. The amount and the terms for City reimbursement shall be subject to the approval of the Authority Board. The Authority Board may establish a reasonable time period over which such Initial Costs are recovered once Authority revenues commence. In the event that the CCA Program does not become operational, to the extent Authority funds are available the City of San Diego may be reimbursed in accordance with section 8.6 of this Agreement.
(b) The Authority shall also reimburse Founding Members for their Initial Costs in supporting the implementation of the Authority pursuant to the execution of an agreement specifying the services provided and their related costs. The Authority may establish reasonable costs and a reasonable time period over which such costs are recovered once Authority revenues commence. The Authority shall not provide for staff time costs or on-going cost reimbursement to Parties once the Authority becomes fully operational unless a specific Agreement between the Authority and the Party for specified services not otherwise provided by Authority staff has been approved by the Board.

In the event that the CCA Program becomes operational, these Initial Costs shall be included in the customer charges for electric services to the extent permitted by law, and the County of Alameda shall be reimbursed from the payment of such charges by customers of the Authority. The Authority may establish a reasonable time period over which such costs are recovered. In the event that the CCA Program does not become operational, the County shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the Initial Costs they have paid from the Authority or any other Party.

Prior to such reimbursement, the Party shall provide such documentation of costs paid as the Board may request. The Authority shall establish a reasonable time period over which such costs are recovered. In the event that the CCA Program does not become operational, the Party shall not be entitled to any reimbursement of the Initial Costs it has paid from the Authority or any Party.
