– Mutual Pledge. Both the City and the Union desire a workplace that is free from all forms of illegal discrimination. Accordingly, both parties agree to support and work together to enforce the City’s non-discrimination policy (as specified in Section 5.2, below) and eliminate illegal discrimination from the workplace.
