Mutually Agreed Dispute Resolution. A. If, forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the contract, the parties have items as yet unresolved, the parties shall jointly request the services of the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. The assigned mediator shall have the authority to call meetings for the purpose of promoting an agreement between the parties.
