N-1 Query. 1.7.1 For purposes of this Agreement, the Parties agree to fulfill their N-1 carrier responsibilities and perform queries on calls to telephone numbers with portable NXXs. Neither Party shall send un-queried calls to the other Party. 1.7.2 If a Party does not fulfill its N-1carrier responsibility, the other Party may perform queries on calls to telephone numbers with portable NXXs received from the N-1 carrier and route the call to the appropriate switch or network in which the telephone number resides. An N-1 carrier shall be responsible for payment of charges to the other Party for any queries, routing, and transport functions made on its behalf, including any reciprocal compensation assessed by the terminating carrier or transit charges assessed by a tandem provider.

N-1 Query. 6.5.1. Each Party is responsible for performing its N-1 query obligations. It is within the discretion of each Party as to whether it will perform N-1 queries on misdirected calls.

N-1 Query. The Parties recognize that some of the traffic to be exchanged under this Agreement may be destined for telephone numbers that have been subsequently ported. In such cases, when more than one carrier is involved in completing the call, the N-1 carrier has the responsibility to determine if a query is required, to launch the query, and to route the call to the appropriate switch or network in which the telephone number resides.

  • RDDS query RTT Refers to the collective of “WHOIS query RTT” and “Web-­‐based-­‐ WHOIS query RTT”.

  • WHOIS query RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets from the start of the TCP connection to its end, including the reception of the WHOIS response. If the RTT is 5-­‐times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • EPP query-­‐command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a query command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP query command. It does not include packets needed for the start or close of either the EPP or the TCP session. EPP query commands are those described in section 2.9.2 of EPP RFC 5730. If the RTT is 5-­‐times or more the corresponding SLR, the RTT will be considered undefined.

  • Query a search query initiated from the Search Box or a Hyperlink, or a request for Matched Ads initiated by the Ad Code on an Ad Page. Results: Paid Search Results, Hyperlink Results, Domain Match Results, Web Search Results and/or Matched Ads, to the extent included in this Agreement and as appropriate to the context. Generally cover parts and labor. * 47 Do your warranties impose usage restrictions or other limitations that adversely affect coverage? Warranty will not cover abuse or lack of maintenance. * 48 Do your warranties cover the expense of technicians' travel time and mileage to perform warranty repairs? Yes * 49 Are there any geographic regions of the United States or Canada (as applicable) for which you cannot provide a certified technician to perform warranty repairs? How will Sourcewell participating entities in these regions be provided service for warranty repair? We have coverage in the United States. * 50 Will you cover warranty service for items made by other manufacturers that are part of your proposal, or are these warranties issues typically passed on to the original equipment manufacturer? We warranty any work we preform. The equipment is covered by the original equipment manufacturer. * 51 What are your proposed exchange and return programs and policies? Special order items are not returnable and will not be exchanged. If a manufacture will take back an item they consider returnable, the return must have an RMA and be returned within 90 days in the original carton. All freight, restocking, damage plus a service fee will be deducted form the credit for equipment. * 52 Describe any service contract options for the items included in your proposal. We offer preventative maintenance contracts for refrigeration equipment in Texas. DFW, Houston, Beaumont and Austin. * 53 Describe your payment terms and accepted payment methods. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days. To be considered for an open account, all new customers will be required to complete a New Customer Application and provide tax exemption certification if applicable. All applicants are subject to Strategic's Credit Terms and Policies and must meet criteria specified therein.   • Signaling protocol The Parties will interconnect their networks using SS7 signaling where Technically Feasible and available as defined in GR 905 Telcordia Standards including ISDN User Part (ISUP) for trunk signaling and TCAP for CCS-based features in the Interconnection of their networks. All Network Operations Forum (NOF) adopted standards shall be adhered to. Where available, CenturyLink signaling services to link its Signaling Transfer Points (STPs) for CLEC switches which connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “A” links or for CLEC’s STPs to connect to CenturyLink’s STPs via “D” links which are dedicated to the transport of signaling for local Interconnection, may be ordered from the CenturyLink Tariff.

  • Unbundled Voice Loops (UVLs) 2.2.1 BellSouth shall make available the following UVLs:

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.

  • FORMAT AND CONTENT FOR REGISTRY OPERATOR MONTHLY REPORTING Registry Operator shall provide one set of monthly reports per gTLD, using the API described in draft-­‐xxxxxx-­‐icann-­‐registry-­‐interfaces, see Specification 2, Part A, Section 9, reference 5, with the following content. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats. ICANN will use reasonable commercial efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the information reported until three (3) months after the end of the month to which the reports relate. Unless set forth in this Specification 3, any reference to a specific time refers to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Monthly reports shall consist of data that reflects the state of the registry at the end of the month (UTC).
