Manuals and Technical Records. The Lessee shall procure that:
10.9.1 all such records, logs, manuals, technical data and other materials and documents which are required to be maintained in respect of the Ship to comply with any applicable laws or the requirements of the Ship’s flag state and Classification Society are maintained;
10.9.2 accurate, complete and up-to-date logs and records of all voyages made by the Ship and of all maintenance, repairs, alterations, modifications and additions to the Ship are kept; and
10.9.3 following the occurrence of a Termination Event and for as long as it is continuing on reasonable advance notice from the Lessor, the Lessor or its representatives is permitted at any time to examine and take copies of such logs and records and other records.
Manuals and Technical Records. The Borrower shall procure that:
(a) all such records, logs, manuals, technical data and other materials and documents which are required to be maintained in respect of the Vessel to comply with any applicable laws or the requirements of the Flag State and Classification Society are maintained;
(b) accurate, complete and up-to-date logs and records of all voyages made by the Vessel and of all maintenance, repairs, alterations, modifications and additions to the Vessel are kept in accordance with good industry practice; and
(c) following the occurrence of an Event of Default and for as long as it is continuing unremedied or unwaived on reasonable advance notice from the Agent, the Agent or its representatives is permitted at any time to examine and take copies of such logs and records and other records.
Manuals and Technical Records. Lessee undertakes that:
(1) Throughout the Lease Term, Lessee shall keep, or cause to be kept, accurate, complete and current records of all flights made by the Aircraft and each Serviced Engine and of all maintenance and repairs carried out to the Airframe and each Serviced Engine and shall allow the Lessor or its agents to examine and make reasonable copies of the records at any reasonable time upon giving reasonable notice to Lessee.
(2) The records so kept shall conform with Lessee's approved maintenance program.
(3) The records so kept shall be part of the manuals and technical records and shall be the property of Lessor and that at the end of the relevant Lease Term or upon the repossession or redelivery of the Aircraft, Lessee shall deliver the relevant records to the Lessor, provided that Lessee shall be entitled to take and retain copies thereof.
(4) The Lessee shall provide to the Lessor or its authorized representative each month a status report containing engine and airframe utilization in hours and cycles, and other information which Lessor may reasonably request.
(5) All original records shall be maintained in their original paper form and shall be the property of the Lessor upon lease termination.
Manuals and Technical Records. (a) Lessee shall return to Lessor, at the time the Aircraft is returned to Lessor, all of the Manuals and Technical Records and other data previously provided to Lessee at delivery as described in Exhibit D hereto, as updated and maintained by Lessee through the date of return of the Aircraft subject to retention time limits of the Aeronautical Authority. In addition, Lessee shall also provide Lessor at the time the Aircraft is returned to Lessor, all records, documents, manuals, authorizations, drawings and data in English which were developed or caused to be developed by Lessee or required by the Aeronautical Authority, updated and maintained by Lessee for the Aircraft and through the date of return of the Aircraft in an accurate and correct condition.
(b) All Manuals and Technical Records which have been supplied by Lessor to Lessee shall be returned in accordance with United States FAA F.A.R. 91.417 and 121.380.
Manuals and Technical Records. 14.1 Throughout the Lease Period the Lessee shall ensure that there are kept accurate, complete and current records of all flights made by the Aircraft, and of all maintenance and repairs carried out to the Airframe and each Engine and Parts, and shall maintain all other records, logs and documents which are required to be maintained in respect of the Aircraft by the Aviation Authority, and shall allow the Lessor and/or its agents or representatives to examine such records at any reasonable time during normal business hours in the jurisdiction where such records are kept (or at any other time acceptable to both the Lessor and the Lessee) upon giving not less than ten (10) days written notice to the Lessee and provided no unreasonable interference or delay is caused to the Lessee's or any Permitted Air Carrier's operation, maintenance and use of the Aircraft. The costs of such examinations shall be paid by the Lessor.
14.2 The records, logs and documents so kept or maintained shall be kept and maintained in the English language and conform with the regulations from time to time in force of the Aviation Authority, and with the normal practices of the Lessee and shall disclose the whereabouts of all Engines and Parts not installed on the Airframe.
14.3 The records, logs and documents so kept or maintained shall be part of the Manuals and Technical Records and shall be the property of the Lessor and, at the end of the Lease Period, if the Aircraft is redelivered to the Lessor, the Lessee shall deliver the original Manuals and Technical Records to the Lessor, provided that the Lessee shall be entitled to take and retain copies thereof.
14.4 The Lessee shall (save as hereinafter provided) procure that all the Manuals and Technical Records are kept on the Aircraft or in its possession or in the possession of the relevant Permitted Air Carrier (save for any purpose specified in clause 12) and shall procure that no other person (other than a person entitled to have possession or control of the Aircraft under the terms of this Agreement) shall have possession of or control over the Manuals and Technical Records or any of them, except with the prior written consent of the Lessor (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).
Manuals and Technical Records. Lessee shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Lessor, at the time the Aircraft is returned to lessor, all of the Manuals and Technical Records, inspection, modification, maintenance and overhaul records, updated and maintained by Lessee through the date of return of the Aircraft as required by the FAA and the Maintenance Program. Such Manuals and Technical Records and other records shall be sufficient to establish and certify that the Aircraft has been maintained on an FAA-approved maintenance program. If hard (non-computerized) copies of the Manuals and Technical Records are not available, Lessee shall provide records maintained in accordance with alternate methods approved by the FAA. In addition, Lessee shall also provide Lessor, at the time the Aircraft is returned to Lessor, all records, documents, manuals, authorizations, drawings and data in English which were developed or caused to be developed by Lessee and/or required to be maintained with respect thereto under applicable rules and regulations of each country under the laws of which the Aircraft has been registered or to which the Aircraft was otherwise subject during the Term. If any Manuals and Technical Records are missing, incomplete, or otherwise not in accordance with FAA standards and requirements, Lessee shall re-accomplish the maintenance tasks necessary to produce such Manuals and Technical Records in accordance with the Maintenance Program prior to delivery of the Aircraft or otherwise perform all necessary acts (without regard to applicable waivers or deferrals) to obtain or recreate such Manuals and Technical Records in a manner satisfactory to the FAA. All life-limited Parts shall have full documentation necessary to trace compliance with the Maintenance Program and FAA requirements throughout the Term. All Manuals and Technical Records shall be in English and shall be made available upon request by Lessor for review at the central maintenance record facility for aircraft of the same type a minimum of 15 Business Days prior to the required date of Aircraft delivery to Lessor.
Manuals and Technical Records. All records of flights made by the Aircraft and of all maintenance and repairs carried out on the Aircraft, each Engine and each Part will form part of the Manuals and Technical Records and shall be the property of the Lessor and subject to the Mortgage.

Manuals and Technical Records. The Lessee shall procure that:
(a) all records, logs, manuals, handbooks, technical data, drawings and other materials and documents which are required to be maintained in respect of the Rig to comply with any applicable laws and regulations, or the requirements of the Rig's approved classification society are maintained;
(b) accurate, complete and up-to-date records and logs of all voyages made by the Rig, and of all maintenance, repairs and modifications to the Rig are kept; and
(c) the Lessor and the Facility Agent and their representatives are permitted to examine and take copies of all such records and logs and other documents.
Manuals and Technical Records. The Lessee shall:
(a) maintain all such records, information and documents that are required to be maintained in respect of the Leased Yacht in order to comply with any applicable law or regulation and in accordance with first-class ownership, operating and management practice of the highest standards;
(b) keep accurate, complete and up to date records of the location of each item of the Leased Yacht and of all maintenance, repairs, additions, alterations and modifications to, and removal of parts from, each item of the Leased Yacht;
(c) keep and maintain up to date and accurate records or documents as required by any applicable law in relation to the Leased Yacht and to the captain, officers and employees on board the Leased Yacht at any time; and
(d) permit the Lessor or its representatives at any time and on reasonable notice to examine and take copies of such records, information and documents.
