Blood Donor Leave. Employees may be granted reasonable paid time off for the purpose of donating blood when participating in a City-authorized and/or sponsored blood donation drive or special need. No employee shall be eligible for overtime as a result of donating blood. All such absences shall be scheduled with the employee’s supervisor.
Blood Donor Leave. The CEO may grant leave with pay to an employee to allow the employee to donate blood.

Employees will be granted the necessary time off up to four (4) hours during their work shift for the purpose of donating blood when participating in a County authorized and/or sponsored blood donation drive. In no event shall an employee be eligible for overtime as a result of donating blood.
Blood Donor Leave. 7.8.1 A team member other than a casual, shall be entitled up to a maximum of two hours paid leave on any one occasion for the purpose of donating blood. A maximum of four separate absences per calendar year shall be allowed.
7.8.2 Absences shall be arranged by mutual agreement between the team member and Target.
7.8.3 Proof of such attendance shall be required to be produced, upon request by Target.
7.8.4 Team members should attempt to organise the donation of blood during non- working hours.

Blood Donor Leave. An employee shall receive leave with pay to attend a Blood Bank for the purposes of making a blood donation. This leave is subject to a maximum of four (4) hours payment at ordinary time rate for each occasion on which ordinary time pay is lost. The employee shall provide the Company with reasonable notice in advance and a certificate of attendance at the Blood Bank.

An employee, who is absent during ordinary working hours for the purpose of donating blood, shall not suffer any deduction of pay up to a maximum of 2 hours subject to a maximum of 4 separate absences each calendar year. Such absence is to be on a day suitable to the company and be as close as possible to the ending of the employee’s normal working hours. The employee shall notify the company as soon as possible of the time and date upon which the employee is requesting to be absent for the purpose of donating blood. If requested, proof of the attendance of the employee at a recognised place for the purpose of donating blood, and the duration of such attendance shall be furnished to the Company.
Blood Donor Leave. Operational requirements permitting, an employee may be given up to two (2) hours leave with pay for the purpose of attending a blood donor clinic.
