Common use of Name and Location Clause in Contracts

Name and Location. The name of the statutory trust is Trust for Advised Portfolios; and the Trustees shall conduct the business of the Trust under that name or any other name(s) and in such location(s) as they may from time to time determine. The Trust shall constitute a Delaware statutory trust in accordance with the Delaware Statutory Trust Act. Any name change shall become effective on the execution by a majority of the Trustees of an instrument setting forth the new name and the filing of a certificate of amendment pursuant to Section 3810 of the Delaware Statutory Trust Act. Any such instrument shall not require the approval of the Shareholders but shall have the status of an amendment to this Trust Agreement.
