Name Change Only. In the event of a name change of Concessionaire, in which there is no transfer, assignment, mortgaging, pledging, or encumbering of Concessionaire as provided in Sections 10,1 and 10.2, the Concessionaire must obtain the written consent of the Chief Executive Officer; and Concessionaire shall provide all related documents, as well as any other documents requested by Chief Executive Officer. If City is required to make any payment to Concessionaire under this Agreement, the Concessionaire’s failure to obtain the written consent of the Chief Executive Officer or provide the documents requested under this section may result in the City’s inability to make such payment and/or delay such payment to the newly named entity.

  • Name Change The Seller shall not change its State of organization or its name, identity or entity structure in any manner that would, could or might make any financing statement or continuation statement filed by the Seller, Ally Auto or Ally Auto’s assigns in accordance with Section 4.02(a) seriously misleading within the meaning of the UCC, unless it shall give Ally Auto written notice thereof within ten (10) days of such change.

  • NETWORK CHANGES 3.1. Sprint shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with §§ 51.325 through 51.335 of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Sprint may discontinue any interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. Sprint agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers, which may result from such discontinuance of service.

All written notifications of organizational change must include a detailed statement specifying the change and supporting documentation evidencing continued right of Agreement or successor entity, as applicable, to maintain its status as a party to this Agreement. If the change entails personnel changes for personnel performing the responsibilities of the Agreement for PSP, PSP shall identify the new personnel and provide resumes to TFC, if resumes were originally required by the solicitation. TFC may require other information or documents related to the change and its impact on the PSP and Agreement shall supply the requested information within five (5) working days of receipt of the request.

  • Change of business The Company shall procure that no substantial change is made to the general nature of the business of the Company or the Group from that carried on at the date of this Agreement.

  • Paid Claims without Supporting Documentation Any Paid Claim for which Practitioner cannot produce documentation shall be considered an error and the total reimbursement received by Practitioner for such Paid Claim shall be deemed an Overpayment. Replacement sampling for Paid Claims with missing documentation is not permitted.

  • Address Changes The parties agree to promptly notify each other of any change of address.

  • Room Changes No changes in room assignment will be based upon age, race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, and online profiles except as needed to provide a reasonable accommodation to residents with eligible disabilities registered with the College Office of Counseling and Disability Services. Room change may only be made with the written approval of College Housing and is dependent upon space availability, timing of the request, and grounds for transfer. Residents who receive approval for a room change may be charged a room change fee as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account. Room changes that are not authorized by College Housing will result in a fine as shown on the College Housing website, which will be posted to Resident’s account.
