Common use of Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator Clause in Contracts

Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator. The "Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator" of this Executive Plan shall be Community Trust Bank until its resignation or removal by the Board. As Named Fiduciary and Plan Administrator, the Bank shall be responsible for the management, control and administration of the Executive Plan.
