Names, Addresses, Assignments. Names, addresses, and assignments of District employees shall be provided without cost to the Association, three times per year, on or before the 15th of September, on or before the 15th of January, and on or before the 15th of May. Information regarding new contract members shall be provided within ten (10) days after their effective date of employment.
