RECOGNITION AND DEFINITION OF UNIT. 2.1 The Board recognizes the Association as the exclusive representative of all regularly employed certificated employees (“Teachers”) –excluding management, confidential, and supervisory employees, as defined in the Act – for the purpose of meeting and negotiating.
