RECOGNITION AND DEFINITION OF UNIT. Preamble ‌ This Agreement is made and entered into by the Office of Justice Programs (OJP), also referred to as the Employer, and Local 2830 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), also referred to as the Union, and referred to collectively as the Parties.
