Common use of Names of Trade Contractors Clause in Contracts

Names of Trade Contractors. The Design Builder, as soon as practicable after the commencement of this Agreement shall furnish to the Program Manager the written names of the persons or entities the Design Builder proposes to engage as Trade Contractors for the Project subject to such persons or entities being approved or deemed approved in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents.
