National Childcare Accreditation. Council (NCAC): as at the commencement of this Agreement, the National Childcare Accreditation Council is responsible for administering the Australian Government Child Care Quality Assurance System for Australian child care services. Separate quality assurance systems are in place for LDC, FDC and OSHC providers. It is intended that the functions of the NCAC will be carried out by the National Body and by State and Territory agencies under the new system.
