National Defense Graduate Fellowship and National Science Foundation Program. Eligible full- time faculty members may be granted professional leaves of absence for up to three (3) years in order to pursue a graduate program under a National Defense Graduate Fellowship or National Science Foundation Fellowship. Such leaves must have the approval of the President.
