Common use of National Historic Landmarks Clause in Contracts

National Historic Landmarks. When FEMA determines an Undertaking has the potential to affect an NHL, FEMA shall notify the Secretary through the appropriate NPS NHL Program Manager from the Southeast Region in addition to the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and other consulting parties.

When FEMA determines an Undertaking has the potential to affect an NHL, FEMA shall notify the Secretary through the appropriate NPS NHL Program Manager from in the Southeast Region NPS Northeast Regional Office in addition to the SHPO, participating SHPO and Participating Tribe(s), and other consulting parties.
