National Invasive Species Act. The National Invasive Species Act ("NISA") requires entities to mitigate the transmission of non-indigenous aquatic species. 16 U.S.C. § 4701, et seq. To this end, MARAD will under a separate contracting action, dry-dock the Obsolete Vessel departing the Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet for the purpose of cleaning the aquatic hull fouling from the underwater surfaces of the vessel prior to the vessels’ departure from San Francisco Bay.

National Invasive Species Act. The National Invasive Species Act ("NISA") requires entities to mitigate the transmission of non-indigenous aquatic species. 16 U.S.C. § 4701, et seq. To this end, except for vessels transiting to a qualified recycling facility within the same bio-geographical area, as determined by the USCG, at the fleet where the vessel is currently berthed, the hulls of obsolete vessels included in an announcement will be cleaned in accordance with the USCG Interim Criteria for Cleaning Hulls of MARAD Vessels Prior to Relocation, dated 27 June 2006 and posted on the VOA ("USCG Interim Criteria"). Vessels departing from the Beaumont and Xxxxx River Reserve Fleets shall undergo in-water hull cleaning prior to their departure from the fleet.

The employer shall provide orientation and training in health and safety to new and current employees on an ongoing basis, and employees shall attend required health and safety training sessions.   • Designated Prescription Drug Prescribers and Pharmacies We may limit your selection of a pharmacy to a single pharmacy location and/or a single prescribing provider or practice. The amount you pay for the following prescription drugs is not subject to the tiered copayment structure: • Contraceptive methods; • Over-the-counter (OTC) preventive drugs; • Nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and smoking cessation prescription drugs; • Infertility specialty prescription drugs; and • Covered diabetic equipment or supplies bought at a network pharmacy.   • Fire, Life Safety, and Accessibility Codes The following codes, in the versions approved by the Georgia State Fire Marshal/Fire Safety Commissioner and Department of Human Resources, shall be used. The Design Professional will designate any additional codes or special modifications in the Supplementary General Conditions.

  • CERTIFICATION REGARDING DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS The undersigned (authorized official signing for the contracting organization) certifies that the contractor will, or will continue to, provide a drug-free workplace in accordance with 45 CFR Part 76 by:
