Prior to the first election of National Division officers, a vacancy in this office shall be filled by the UTU Alternate National Legislative Director. At the first election of National Division officers, the offices of BLET Vice-President and National Legislative Representative, and UTU National Legislative Director shall be combined into one position, namely Vice- President and National Legislative Director, whose duties shall then include the duties of both former positions.

  • Implementation Legislation The Contracting Parties shall enact any legislation necessary to comply with, and give effect to, the terms of the Agreement.
