National Representatives and/or Consultants. H.8 The Union shall have the right to have the assistance of the National Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and/or consultants (excluding legal counsel, unless mutually agreed) when meeting with the Employer in matters arising out of this Collective Agreement. The Union shall advise the Employer when the assistance of the National Representative of the Canadian Union of Public Employees and/or consultants (excluding legal counsel, unless mutually agreed) has been requested.
