Nature and Purpose of Processing The Parties will Process Shared Personal Data only as necessary to perform under and pursuant to the Applicable Agreements, and subject to this Data Processing Addendum, including as further instructed by Data Subjects.
Nature and Purpose of the Processing The purpose of the Processing of Company Personal Data by Service Provider is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT The general purpose of this agreement is, in the mutual interest of the employer and employee, to provide for the operation of the plant hereinafter mentioned under methods which will further, to the fullest extent possible, the safety and physical welfare of the employees, economy of operation, quality and quantity of output, cleanliness of plant and protection of property. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the employees and the Union, to set forth certain terms and conditions of employment relating to pay, hours of work, employee benefits, and general working conditions affecting employees covered by this Agreement and to ensure that all reasonable measures are provided for the safety and occupational health of the employees.
Limitation on Out-of-State Litigation - Texas Business and Commerce Code § 272 This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. Texas Business and Commerce Code § 272 prohibits a construction contract, or an agreement collateral to or affecting the construction contract, from containing a provision making the contract or agreement, or any conflict arising under the contract or agreement, subject to another state’s law, litigation in the courts of another state, or arbitration in another state. If included in Texas construction contracts, such provisions are voidable by a party obligated by the contract or agreement to perform the work. By submission of this proposal, Vendor acknowledges this law and if Vendor enters into a construction contract with a Texas TIPS Member under this procurement, Vendor certifies compliance.
Sole purpose of the Concessionaire The Concessionaire having been set up for the sole purpose of exercising the rights and observing and performing its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement, the Concessionaire or any of its subsidiaries shall not, except with the previous written consent of the Authority, be or become directly or indirectly engaged, concerned or interested in any business other than as envisaged herein.
Purpose of DPA The purpose of this DPA is to describe the duties and responsibilities to protect Student Data including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local privacy laws, rules, and regulations, all as may be amended from time to time. In performing these services, the Provider shall be considered a School Official with a legitimate educational interest, and performing services otherwise provided by the LEA. Provider shall be under the direct control and supervision of the LEA, with respect to its use of Student Data
Allocation and use of scarce resources Any procedures for the allocation and use of scarce resources, including frequencies, numbers and rights of way, will be carried out in an objective, timely, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. The current state of allocated frequency bands will be made publicly available, but detailed identification of frequencies allocated for specific government uses is not required.
Scope and Limitations of Agreement 1.1 This Agreement shall be used for all Interconnection Requests submitted under the Small Generator Interconnection Procedures (SGIP) except for those submitted under the 10 kW Inverter Process contained in SGIP Attachment 5.
Allocation and Use of Funds All allocations and use of funds under this Grant shall be in accordance with the applicable federal Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Federal Grant Title specified on this Grant.
