GENERAL PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT. The general purpose of this agreement is, in the mutual interest of the employer and employee, to provide for the operation of the plant hereinafter mentioned under methods which will further, to the fullest extent possible, the safety and physical welfare of the employees, economy of operation, quality and quantity of output, cleanliness of plant and protection of property. It is recognized by this agreement to be the duty of the Company and the employees to co-operate fully, individually and collectively, for the advancement of said conditions.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT. 1.01 The parties are agreed that the purpose of the Agreement is to provide orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and the Union, and the employees of the Employer, to secure prompt and equitable disposition of grievances and to eliminate interruptions of work and interference with the proper operation of the Employer’s business, and to set out the agreement reached between the parties with respect to the matters hereinafter set out as conditions of employment for employees covered by this agreement.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT. A.1.1 It is the general purpose of this local part of the Collective Agreement to establish the allowances, benefits and salaries as well as certain working conditions and to provide procedures for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, which may arise between the parties, without any interference to the operation of the Board and its schools.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 The parties acknowledge that the California energy market is now deregulated, and one of the objectives of this Agreement is competitive operation in this new market. The general purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the hours of work, rates of pay, and conditions to be observed by the Company, Union, and employees and to provide orderly and harmonious procedures between the Company, Union, and employees. It is the further purpose of the Agreement to prevent interruption of work and to promote the efficient operation of business.
1.2 Any reference to gender contained within the provisions of this Agreement is inadvertent and is in no way intended by the parties, and should not be so construed, as making applicable such provisions to any one gender.

Both parties hereto agree that this Agreement covers all work done by the employees of the different classifications scheduled herein, and that for the purpose of clarification of any clause that may hereafter be in question of interpretation, a statement covering the correct intent of such clause in question shall be agreed upon by both parties and attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT. Sale of Service, not Software. The purpose of the Agreement is for you to secure access to the Services. In no way are the fees paid by you under the Agreement considered payment for the sale or license of Aniline’s Software, and, furthermore, any use of Aniline’s Software by you in furtherance of the Agreement will be considered merely in support of the purpose of the Agreement.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT. The Union and the Company to perform their respective duties with respectto the oper- ation of the Industrial undertaking operated by the Company in the City of in the Province of Ontario.
