NATURE AND TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date. This Agreement does not constitute a guarantee of continued employment but instead provides for certain rights and benefits for the Executive during his employment, and in the event his employment with the Company terminates under the circumstances described herein.
